PreMD is built for every student on the path to medicine, including students with disabilities. We are committed to providing a platform that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, and we treat accessibility as part of the engineering standard of the Service rather than an afterthought.
The Service is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Conformance work is ongoing; we audit the interface as it evolves and prioritize fixes that affect core tasks such as study planning, record entry, and data export.
Some data-dense charts (for example, score-trend graphics) currently summarize their content in adjacent text rather than offering full non-visual interactivity, and some third-party resources we link to are outside our control. We are continuing to improve in both areas.
If any part of the Service is difficult or impossible for you to use with assistive technology, or if you need your records or any content in an alternative format, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Accessibility." Please describe the page or task and the assistive technology in use. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to prioritize fixes that block core tasks.
Accessibility feedback can also be submitted from the Feedback section inside the platform. Reports of this kind are reviewed directly by the team responsible for the interface.
