What is Rocky Vista University - Utah Campus's acceptance rate?

Rocky Vista University - Utah Campus does not publish an acceptance rate, and neither does any free national source. Those sources publish applications and matriculants, not the number of offers a school made, so a rate cannot be calculated from them without inventing the missing number. What can be stated in 2018 entering class is that Rocky Vista University - Utah Campus received 2,094 applications for 128 seats in the entering class, which is 16.4 applications per seat.
